530 PM-615 PM Walk around exterior and interior of town hall, l to see what repair/modifications are needed.

615 PM-645PM look at green communities paperwork and do next steps. Also update draft to get bids on spray foam for town offices 2 main areas and start bid paperwork for replacing the dropdown ceiling after spray foaming. etc.

645-700PM Review and approve meeting minutes
